Had a delicious omelette today at Ella's. Just wanted to post a little note so I can attempt to re-create at home later.
Ingredients:
Scrambled egg base
Bacon
Avocado
Light sprinkling of sauteed onions
Cherry tomatoes
Fontina cheese
Chopped garlic
YUM!
